I started my journey in Web3 out of curiosity, but I stayed because of the community. I’m currently a Telegram community moderator, and what I’ve learned is that building trust and creating a positive, engaging space is just as valuable as any technical skill. I’ve helped grow and manage active crypto communities by being present, helpful, and calm under pressure—even when chats get heated or flooded with FUD.
