Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in capital attraction and drive revenue for KernelDAO and other portfolio products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both TradFi and DeFi, with a particular focus on institutional facing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Represent KernelDAO and portfolio products to core customer groups - UHNIs, Family Offices, VCs and Hedge Funds.
● Structure customized product solutions for optimizing sales conversions.
● Carry the revenue and TVL target for the region.
● Work closely with the SDR team to improve lead generation by leveraging your network.
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners and funds.
● Represent KernelDAO at conferences, cultivate relationships that will drive growth for the organization.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
● 4-7 years of proven experience in business development, with at least 2+ years within the crypto industry.
● Deep understanding of both traditional finance and decentralized finance concepts
● Strong network within the institutional financial ecosystem, with a track record of successfully attracting capital and forging strategic partnerships.
