Part-Time ClickUp Manager
Job Description:

As a ClickUp Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of ClickUp as our primary project management tool. Your primary role will be to ensure that all our work is seamlessly transferred to ClickUp and that all ongoing projects, tasks, and collaborations are effectively organized and tracked within the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the ClickUp environment according to the needs of our projects and teams.
- Transfer existing projects, tasks, and workflows into ClickUp from other platforms or manual processes.
- Train and support team members in using ClickUp effectively, including creating guides and conducting workshops as necessary.
- Ensure that all new projects and tasks are set up in ClickUp, with appropriate timelines, dependencies, and resources allocated.
- Monitor project progress and task completion within ClickUp, providing reports and insights to team leads and management.
- Optimise workflows within ClickUp for efficiency and productivity, making use of ClickUp's features such as automation, templates, and integrations with other tools.
- Serve as the point of contact for any ClickUp-related queries and issues, liaising with ClickUp support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools, with a strong preference for specific experience with ClickUp.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and training skills, capable of effectively supporting and guiding team members of varying technical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A problem-solver mindset with a keen interest in optimising workflows and productivity.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to stay updated on the latest ClickUp features and best practices.
Part-Time Schedule:
