Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Community Manager with a strong background in both DeFi and TradFi to help build, grow, and engage our community across mutiple social media channels. You will be the voice of Starke Finance, ensuring our users, investors, and ecosystem partners stay informed, engaged and excited about what we’re building.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will join a team of highly experienced professionals who have previously worked at top-tier Web3 organizations. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a project poised to disrupt the industry while expanding your expertise in a fast-growing sector.
Responsibilities
- Community Engagement & Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture the Starke Finance community across Discord, X (Twitter), Telegram, LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Drive meaningful conversations and engagement, fostering a vibrant and active community.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry influencers.
- Communication & Content Creation
- Craft compelling content, announcements, and educational material to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Organize and host community events, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and live Q&A sessions.
- Monitor discussions, address inquiries, and ensure community concerns are heard and addressed.
- Moderation & Support
- Maintain a positive and welcoming community environment.
- Establish and enforce community guidelines and best practices.
- Coordinate with the support team to address user questions, feedback, and technical issues.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track community engagement metrics and provide insights on user sentiment and growth.
- Report on feedback, trends, and opportunities to enhance community experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community management for Web3, DeFi, or TradFi projects.
- Strong understanding of DeFi principles, staking and liquid staking, yield strategies and fund management.
- Experience managing and growing Discord & X (Twitter) communities.
- Knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and its DeFi protocols is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content, host events, and drive discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage crisis communication.
- Experience working remotely in a startup environment is a plus.
