Job Description :
As a Customer Success Apprentice, you’ll help build the best possible experience for our customers. You’ll be on the front line, communicating their needs to our support and product teams.
You’ll be joining an organization where our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We listen, we engage, and we act. Your role will be crucial in how we convert users into customers and retain them over time.
You’ll be responsible for identifying customer needs, prioritizing requests, and distributing all incoming messages received by Waltio.
You’ll work within a team of about ten people and report directly to the Customer Care Manager
We currently use Intercom as our customer communication platform.
Fluency in French is essential. A solid understanding of cryptocurrencies and prior experience in customer support at a startup are strong advantages.
💡 We’re specifically looking for candidates with a strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency space, ideally with personal experience using, holding, or investing in crypto.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Apprentice at Waltio, you will be responsible for:
- Sorting and assigning all incoming customer messages;
- Quickly identifying the nature of each request;
- Providing quick and concise responses for simple issues using macros and automated replies;
- Contributing to our long-term support vision by proactively providing feedback;
- Collaborating closely with the technical support and product teams to report bugs and feature requests;
- Regularly updating our FAQ as new platforms or features are added;
- Contributing to the improvement of Walty, our customer support bot.
Profile
- You have a strong interest in cryptocurrencies/blockchain or tax/accounting. You know what DeFi and PFU mean;
- You care deeply about delivering a great user experience;
- You’re curious and eager to work on a wide range of challenges;
- You write and speak French fluently – you'll communicate directly and independently with our main clients;
- You’re personable and naturally empathetic;
- You have hands-on experience with crypto (holding or investing);
- You have excellent grammar, spelling, and writing skills in French.
