About the Role
The Partnerships Manager at Dexed.io is crucial for driving the platform's growth and expanding its influence within the crypto space. This role focuses on developing and nurturing strategic relationships with crypto projects, influencers, and other key stakeholders in the DeFi ecosystem. As the primary facilitator of collaborative ventures, the Partnerships Manager will work closely with internal teams to align partnership goals with Dexed.io's overarching business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with crypto projects, DeFi platforms, and influencers to enhance Dexed.io's market presence and user base.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership deals, ensuring alignment with Dexed.io's values and long-term strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing and communications teams to promote partnership announcements and collaborations effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Facilitate the integration of new partners and projects onto the Dexed.io platform, working closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Measure and report on the success of partnership initiatives, using data-driven insights to guide future strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnership development or business development within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or DeFi industries.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English, both speaking and writing.
- Comfortable representing Dexed.io at industry events, conferences, and in various networking settings.
- Based in Lisbon or Europe (remote position), with a preference for candidates able to occasionally work from our Lisbon office to foster team collaboration and innovation.
- Part-time availability, with a flexible approach to work hours to accommodate different time zones and partnership needs.

While the position is flexible regarding location, we highly value the ability for our team members, especially those in pivotal roles like Partnerships Manager, to engage directly with our core team in Lisbon. This face-to-face interaction is not only about fostering a strong team dynamic but also about brainstorming and strategizing in a way that remote communication sometimes limits.
