Our team focuses on ensuring Artists, Labels and creators, receive maximum value from their content, with a special emphasis on quality client service and efficient revenue generation.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role focusing heavily on the technical aspects of product development while still maintaining the core functions of product management, like stakeholder alignment and strategy. It requires someone who understands the technical intricacies of web platforms and can guide a development team through complex problems while still delivering products that align with the company鈥檚 vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product roadmaps, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to align product development with company goals.
- Manage product development cycles using聽Agile methodologies聽(Scrum, Kanban).
- Oversee product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Ensure optimal web performance and scalability using cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Work closely with developers on聽web technologies聽(JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Vue.js, Node.js, Python).
- Communicate effectively with聽technical teams and non-technical stakeholders聽to ensure smooth execution.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches.
- Web3 experience preferred聽but not essential.
- Solid understanding of聽web development technologies聽(JavaScript, front-end frameworks like React/Vue.js, back-end technologies like Node.js/Python).
- Familiarity with聽cloud platforms聽(AWS, Google Cloud) and web performance optimization.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product success.
- Exceptional聽written and spoken English聽for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Preferable:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Familiarity with YouTube CID cms.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience in the music industry.
