We are expanding rapidly and are now hiring two elite Sales Leads to drive the next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

• Identify, pursue, and close new media and content partnerships
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline with full CRM transparency
• Work closely with the founder and sales team to refine and evolve our offerings
• Help codify blocmates’ sales playbook and culture of excellence
• Operate with high accountability and ownership of your pipeline and results

Compensation

Base salary:

• $3k/month to start ($48k/year)
• Up to $5k/month for highly experienced hires with a large network

Commission:

• Uncapped commission structure across new business and key upsell opportunities
• Full details provided to candidates progressing to the interview stage

• 30 days paid annual leave

Work Culture
