Security Operations and Project Manager

Team Responsibilities

• Applies statistical techniques & algorithms to drive effective detection, analysis, defense of hacker attacks.
• Manage and track security projects, engage with cross-teams to provide security education and products for users.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on security incidents, create new incident report documents. 
• Manage security cases, perform detailed analysis, and collaborate with analysts and engineers to reduce case volumes and minimize user asset losses.
• Draft new security requirement documents and track security product or technology improvements across teams.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Clear thinker and creative problem-solver, able to glean insights, develop a vision and bring it to life with actionable plans.
• Ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines and operate under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of case operation workflows, with the ability to handle complex cases systematically and efficiently.
• Proven expertise in fraud detection, phishing analysis, and an understanding of the dark web and illicit operations.
• Ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, high intensity and cross-functional dependencies.

Nice to Have

• Agile project management experience.
• Working experience on risk or security systems.
