We are a result-oriented team of 40 top-class players with experience in both traditional Software companies (like Google) and Blockchain projects (like IOSG, Open Zeppelin, UMA) with many engineers with phds. Our Business Development Team is still nimble - we intend to keep it that way. Because of that, everybody gets a lot of responsibility and strong influence on our overall BD strategy.

āš™ļø Skills You’ll Need

This role combines analytical and lead sourcing skills with Web3 BD responsibilities.

Web3 experience is a must for this role.

DeFi Expertise: Deep understanding of DeFi primitives (lending markets, leverage & yield protocols, stablecoins - examples listed here) and staying current with industry developments.

  • Web3 Experience: Minimum 3 years in SDR/Account Management/BD roles at Web3 companies, managing strategic partnerships and hands on experience interacting with DeFi protocols i.e. Morpho, Euler, Aave and others.
  • Organization: Excellence in CRM management, multi-project coordination, and pipeline management with clear stakeholder communication.
  • Analysis: Ability to identify new value propositions, capture partner feedback, recognize market trends, and explore opportunities.
  • Precision: Diligent attention to detail in maintaining partner context and providing actionable inputs across teams.
  • Ownership: Self-sufficient in a fast-paced remote environment with ability to coordinate between stakeholders and deliver end-to-end results.
  • Communication: Strong presentation skills and ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to grow with the company as responsibilities and landscape evolve.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

🫔 What You’ll Do

TLDR: Acquire new DeFi protocols for RedStone's oracle services, expand existing partnerships, and work cross-functionally to meet BD KPIs.

  • Source new dApps to adopt RedStone's as their primary oracle
  • Meet with Partners on calls and conferences and lead them through the integration process
  • Identify expansion opportunities with current partners to drive metrics and advance strategic GTM goals
  • Convert market analysis into actionable business opportunities for RedStone, including potential new products/features
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline (Hubspot) with clean lead pipelines and comprehensive partner context that's accessible to BD, Marketing, and Tech teams
