This individual will play a critical role in expanding and nurturing Zoop’s ecosystem by identifying and fostering partnerships, onboarding creators and users, and ensuring seamless integration between our platform’s various elements. The ideal candidate is passionate about Web 3 technologies, community-building, and the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development:

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, Web 3 entities, and creator economy platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to onboard new creators and users into the Zoop ecosystem.
• Ecosystem Growth:
• Design and implement programs to increase the adoption and utilization of the Zoop token, NFTs, and other platform features.
• Build and maintain relationships with external developers, creators, and community leaders to ensure a vibrant and growing ecosystem.
• Work with internal teams (marketing, product, community) to coordinate ecosystem development efforts.
• Community Engagement:
• Support creators in setting up their Clubs and leveraging Zoop’s tools for fan engagement.
• Foster a sense of belonging and excitement among users by driving participation in challenges, token staking, and content interaction.
• Monitor user behavior and engagement to identify opportunities for community growth and development.
• Token and Platform Integration:
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure the seamless integration of token-based earnings, staking, and rewards systems into the platform.
• Help educate creators and users about the benefits of tokenization and how to best utilize Zoop’s features.
• Market Research and Insights:
• Stay up-to-date on trends in the creator economy, Web 3, NFTs, and metaverse integration to inform Zoop’s growth strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve the overall ecosystem and enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, blockchain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem management, preferably in the Web 3, blockchain, or creator economy spaces.
• Strong understanding of Web 3 technologies (blockchain, tokens, NFTs) and their application in community engagement.
• Proven track record of establishing and growing partnerships in a digital platform environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Passion for the creator economy and empowering creators to succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
