About Tempo 

We're building Tempo, a novel defi protocol that opens the door to passive yield strategies with  Liquid Restaking Tokens. Tempo functions as an Interchain Bank, where users effortlessly earn points and yields by restaking within the Ethereum and Cosmos ecosystems.

As we continue to expand, we are in search of an experienced community manager with marketing skills to help propel our vision forward and contribute to our growing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement strategies for community growth and engagement, collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams.
• Direct and oversee a team of community moderators, managing resources, schedules, supervising performance, and offering continuous feedback.
• Oversee online communities, including Telegram groups and Discord servers.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of the community and campaigns, proposing suggestions for enhancements.
• Work with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and ambassadors to enhance community growth.
• Stay updated on trends and narratives to drive community growth and engagement.
• Organize and manage community events, both online and IRL.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years hands-on experience in managing crypto communities across X/Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Flexible across all time zones, ready to work with a team spread around the globe.
• Comfortable working independently in a lean team setup.
• Crypto native - deep understanding of crypto technology and culture.
• Strong resilience and patience when handling inquiries and support tickets from both beginner and occasionally frustrated users in the crypto space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent or highly conversational English speaker, ideally bilingual in one other major language.
• Passion for blockchain technology and dedication to the project's goals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of community platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics tools.

Nice to have

• An existing social presence, eg on X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Skills in content creation such as artwork, threads or digital marketing.
• Ongoing participation in diverse crypto forums, including Discord.
