A considerable part of the work is communicating with affiliates and providing all the assets and tools they need to drive more users to Binance.The ideal candidate should be a great communicator, data-driven, and outgoing. This position is a paid internship and can be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Grow Binance affiliate network in Taiwan by cold outreach to YouTubers, Media, and Influencers.
Lead and involve in negotiations, onboarding and paperwork involved.
Manage key accounts by having regular communication with affiliates, analysing their performance, and offering recommendations on how to improve performance.
Create and execute promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI
Build reports using internal data, optimising overall affiliate channel performance

Requirements:

Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluency in both English and Chinese
Self-learner and ability to work independently
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once
Highly organised and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
Previous experience in BD or marketing would be an advantage
Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus
Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem
Available to work 3 ~ 4 days per week for 6 months
