He/She will have the chance to be involved in the development of the SRE-related missions and enhancement over the MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) lifecycle and work in a cross-national team with various stakeholders including but not limited to software developers, product managers, and senior fellows.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the SRE team to be responsible for the development of big data ops platform, middleware services, and tools.
- Participate in the improvement of big data infrastructure and platforms, such as Hadoop, Spark, and airflow.
- Solve cluster availability and performance optimization problems in large-scale production environments.
- Perform analysis, communication, confirmation, and realization of the underlying business requirements of big data projects.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, master's, or Ph.D. program, ideally in Computer Science or Engineering-related.
- Experienced in one or more languages (Java, Scala, Python, Go), excellent coding ability, willing to learn and try new technologies and tools quickly.
- Obtained experience in open-source frameworks such as Spring, and MyBatis, or big data components such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Fundamental understanding of distributed, cache, message, and other mechanisms.
- Solid computer foundation, enthusiasm for technology, and willingness to constantly try new technologies and business challenges.
