Composite Labs is a venture-backed, early-stage startup building the first DEX to enable spot, perps, and lending in one fully on-chain venue. Composite will trade both cryptocurrencies and securities on-chain as underlying assets. This exchange will enable the lowest costs, highest yield, and highest capital efficiency yet seen in crypto - all while being fully on-chain.
Our leadership led one of the largest Solidity code bases ever (14,000 LOC, ca. 2021). That company was acquired in 2021 by Amber Group. We have unique experience building in traditional fintech (since 1999) and DeFi (since 2017).Ā
Weāre looking for a full-stack engineer who knows how to build seamless UI components in React and also implement the āback-end of the front-endā in Typescript. Youāre the kind of engineer who foresees the embedded risks and complexity of every āsimpleā feature, then writes and tests code as a matter of course.Ā Compensation is cash + equity/tokens.
