Key Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels regarding their inquiries about products and orders.
- Provide detailed information about available products, promotions, and website functionalities.
- Facilitate the order process by guiding customers through website features, registration, and checkout procedures.
- Quickly and efficiently resolve any customer issues or concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve our services and offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Stay updated on product information and company promotions to provide accurate assistance.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce or online retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer queries effectively.
